Admin creates the checklist for Truck, Trailer & Refrigerators. Drivers complete the checklist before starting the runs, and if there is fault they can switch Truck / Trailer.
Admin allocates the runs and drops for each driver. S/he is able to allocate runs a day/week before with the option for drivers to add manual drops too.
Admin adds the location on where to pick up and deliver. S/he can set whether delivery confirmation is needed for each drop via POD signatures.
The mobile app provides an option for the driver to enter trailer temperature pre-loading, pre-delivery, load type, no. of pallets to load and unload, Net weight and more.
The KPI reports give a complete overview of total load, average load time, unload time, total km's, total hours run and total drops.
The drivers can take breaks during the runs and record it in the app. The recorded hours help the admin to exclude the hours from billing.
Admin can view the checklist answered by each driver and comments made on faulty truck/trailer. The driver can email this checklist PDF to the admin as well.
